Good Afternoon.

I have multiple agents that work for my company that cannot sign into Cliq. Whenever they go to the URL it gives them an error message, which states "400 BAD REQUEST." There are a handful that can get in but some that can't. Can you please look into this for me? I have attached a file of the error message received. Thank you.
