I want to simplify the creation of contracts for prospective clients.

I use Zoho CRM to capture the lead/account/contact etc

I use a linked Zoho Creator app to capture the technical specifications of their requirements.

Some requirements would be a simple merge field - data captured goes into contract as is.

Other fields may be conditional.  If one option is selected, then add a block of text to the output (e.g. terms or conditions).

Some fields may be dependent (can't choose option 7 if you didn't previously choose option 2).

I like the fact that my approach it is integrated into the CRM process.

Can anyone comment on the suitability of ZC for this work?
