Zoho Creator auto email

I know there is an ability to send an email when people click submit on a form. But how can I send an email that contains the data that was filled out in the form. Also, is there a way to trigger emails based on a specific field that was filled out. For example if in the dropdown "Color" someone selects "Blue" I want it to go to person A and if someone selects "Red" I want the email to go to person B.

Sorry if this doesn't make sense but I've been working on this for a month and cannot figure it out.
