Your CRM service advertises a plug in that works with Windows 8 and MS Office/Outlook - It clearly does not.  

I have emailed zoho about the issue starting 8 days ago, both responses said they would get back to me, and even asked for a time.  No one called.  I then called them and finally got someone on the phone after 3 calls.  I was on the phone for a little over an hour with no success at all.  They said that a developer would call me the next day at a certain time.  No one called.

Even if they hadn't figured the problem out yet, they should at least send a message saying that....They're are many other competing CRM services out there.  Why spend over 10 hours trying to make this work, if they cant get back to me.

FYI - If you ever do mailings (lick a stamp type), the service is very clumsy at best even if it was working.  The writer or creator templates are a nightmare to deal with.  Hence you deff. need the service to work with Word, but like I said, it doesn't.  And from reading all the comments, I am hardly the first person to figure this out.

Refund please.
