zoho crm field displays incorrect dropdown

I am attempting to intergrate the zoho crm of both my Accounts and my Contacts in a Creator app. I can get a drop down to choose the Zoho CRM account in a field but when I click on the zoho crm drop down that is attached to the contact app it gives me a list of names that are partially contacts and others are titles or other fields.

When I use the creator app through Zoho CRM interface the app lists all the contacts correctly. What is going on? Is this a bug? (see attached pdfs to compare the lists of contacts as they are in zoho crm and as they display in creator)
