Zoho CRM functionality development
Hello everyone. So, as a part of our project, we need to add functionality to Zoho CRM, which cannot be configured with default Zoho tools and recommendations. Even support said there's no such functionality like we're looking for.
We'd like our managers to fill the form after the phone consultation with the customer. Like, after the phone talk our manager should automatically get the form in CRM with some questions.
Maybe some of you guys know who could develop this thing for us or you have any recommendation of how we could do it from our side.
The trigger can be the end of the event or the "date and time" specified in a separate field.
Have you ever had some similar experience? Are there any people on freelance who could make it for us?
