Zoho CRM is working really well with my organisation (Loans Company). The key to managing 'chaos' has been the blueprint feature.

As a B2C model, we dont have a need for accounts - so unfortunately it appears we cannot use Zoho Projects : (

The interface in Zoho Projects is great and managing a 'transaction' visually would be great bonus.

Is there a roadmap (or solution) to be able to integrate CRM (without using accounts) with Projects ? Syncing data between the two such as notes, blueprint stages, calendars, tasks, emails etc is key.

Extending this further, a customer facing solution (portal for projects) would also be a great !
