Good morning,

 

we are in the process of rolling out office 2010 to our estate. During our testing phase we have come across some issues with the Zoho mail merge. When we enter a lead, go to actions and then mail merge select the required template and open with Word we get the attached error.

 

 

Please can you advice on this?
