Zoho CRM Outlook Addin

Ok so I've encountered a strange issue. When I create an appointment in Outlook on my calendar, then sync to my Zoho Calendar using the add-in, it shows up correctly in Zoho, but in Outlook the time jumps ahead by 1 hour. If I do another sync it jumps ahead by another hour. This is very concerning because I've invited people to this appointment and they keep getting appointment changed messages. Anyone else get this?
