and Outlook:max 2011 Version 14.3.8 (130913) with Update 14.4.7

I can sign the plugin into my account with username and password. But when I want to selcted in the settings a folder or try to sync any iteam. I am getting an error message "Applescript returned an error"

and that was it. Does anybody else has seen such a behavior and knows what to do?
