Zoho CRM PlugIn Refuses to Work in Outlook 2007

I have spent 10 hours to-day uninstalling, reinstalling, reading everything I can find on every forum on Google to try and make the Zoho CRM Outlook work in Outlook 2007. And nothing works. I do note when I have micros security set at "warning for all micros" that when I re-install "C\PROGRA~1\ZOHO\zohocrm|REDEMP~1.dll" keeps coming up when it asks me to enable macros even though I have uninstalled and trashed everyhting I can find. I can't find this item in all searches on the computer.

Any thoughts?

Can someone come on line. I have spent three months earlier this year installing Zoho and I want to keep it. However, if I can't make it work or I can't get any response to my calls for help I will just have to move on.
