Zoho CRM - Rollup Field for "Total Calls TODAY"?
Good afternoon,
I'm trying to build a field that will track the total number of calls made to a lead in one day. This way i can organise my call queues by this to prioritise leads without an attempt.
I can put in a Rollup field for *total* calls made all time, but i'm finding it difficult to restrict it purely to calls made today. Does anyone have any idea how to do this?
