I create a quote in Zoho CRM. The number is created automatically.

Then, I clic on the button "Send for Zoho Sign"

The name of the document is generated automatically.

Unfortunatelly, I always have a difference of  4 in between the numbers.

The quote xxxx017 on ZohoCRM become quote xxxx013 in Zoho sign.

I tried to delete everything, desinstall, reinstall.

The the difference is still there.

What could I do to have homogeneity between both platform ?
