Zoho CRM to Zoho Inventory through Zoho Flow

I am trying to create a flow that allows me to insert a new Sales order in CRM and get it automatically created in inventory. The Flow doesn't work because it says: "Invalid value passed for customer_id" (The customer field I used this custom value: ${trigger.Account_Name} What am I doing wrong?
