Zoho Desk automate sending tickets externally

Hi,

The business I work for plan on moving to Zoho Desk for it's ticketing shortly. However one of the departments has risen a concern that they send most of their tickets externally to be resolved (to retailers). They currently use Service Management Automation X (SMAX) to do so. I'm wondering if there is any way to integrate the systems or automate the process (power automate) of taking the tickets from Zoho Desk and uploading them to SMAX and then updating the ticket on Zoho once it has been done on SMAX. Any help would be appreciated.
