Zoho desk constantly showing error message in Safari

Specs: macOS Big Sur, Safari 14.0.3

Issue: During normal usage of Zoho Desk the error message "Something went wrong while connecting to Zoho Desk. Please allow cookies and refresh the page. If the problem persists, contact us at `support email at zohodesk`." is displayed even when cookies are enabled.

After a few minutes of normal usage ie. checking and replying to tickets, the error message will appear at the top of the page and be shown often when switching between tickets and refreshing the page. It's very annoying. 

I have the Safari "Prevent cross-site tracking" option set to the default of "enabled".

I confirmed that there are multiple Zoho domains successfully utilizing cookies by checking the "Manage Website Data" screen.
