Zoho desk emails always gets market as spam by users in Office 365

Hi there,

I'm trying to find out why emails from Zoho Desk always get classified as spam with customers using Office 365. Every new customer I put on board when receiving notifications by email, they get flagged as spam.

Is there anything that can be done about it?
