Zoho Desk Help Center portal integration with my website

Hello there;

1. I try to integrate Zoho Desk Help Center portal(shown in the attached Portal.png) with my website. When users in my website(shown in the attached MyWebsite.png) login and click the button associated with Zoho Help Center Portal, they will able to access my help center portal to manage their tickets like raising a ticket, replying a ticket etc.

2.To achieve integrating help center portal, I followed setting steps specified in the document which is in this link(https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/desk/for-administrators/user-access-and-security/articles/setting-up-saml-single-signon-for-help-center#How_SAML_Works).  

3. I want to use Zoho Vault as IdP and I configured settings like ZohoVault1,ZohoVault2 and ZohoVault.png and  configured Zoho Desk Help Center portal remote authentication settings as SAML like in photos ZohoDeskHelpCenterSAML1 ve ZohoDeskHelpCenterSAML2.png.

4. Is there any wrong steps or missing steps? Because I dont know which url I need use in my website to redirect users to my Zoho Desk Help Center portal. If you want to access my computer remotely to guide me, I will be ready. Please help me.
