Zoho Desk integration to Books, CRM, Inventory stopped working.
Wondering if it's just us. I don't believe any security permissions were changed in our tenant, however after nearly a year of using these integrations with desk it has stopped working stating "Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator.", even for the admin account.
It's been a week, we normally just give up on getting issues resolved by Zoho support, but we really need this one fixed.
Is it just us?
