I have a requirement that I need to work on that is an approval workflow.

Basically it's for negotiations and an agreed upon prices goes for approval. If rejected, the price would need to change but we'd also like to see the old prices/iterations.

Is this possible in Zoho Desk? I see there's Workflows and Blueprints but I don't know the full scale of what those tools can do.
