Apple has announced it's latest iOS 15 and iPad OS 15 updates for its users. The update comes with several functionalities to improve productivity, focus and multitasking experiences for its users.
In order to ensure that our iOS users stay on top of their game, we have upgraded our apps to go with the new flow! Zoho Desk has revamped some of its features for the newest version of Apple's iOS. Our users can now experience a smarter and more focused routine than ever.
So, what are the new updates?
1. Focus and Notifications
Apple has incorporated 'time-sensitive' notifications in Focus mode in iOS 15 and iPad OS 15. Taking advantage of this, Desk has revamped it's task reminders to bypass the old focus mode. This way you can stay updated with critical notifications and ensure that you don't miss out on delivering on time for your customers.
Zoho Desk has ramped up its multitasking abilities by adopting the new 'gestures and presentation' modes available with iPadOS 15. Desk users can compose reply mails or view customer contact details prominently pivoted to the center of the screen with a single touch. Users can also reposition the screen just like any other screen using the new multitasking controls, and also move it to the app shelf for later.
