Zoho desk won't refresh my ticket, says "aw snap" and does nothing

Zoho will not refresh my ticket it says "aw snap please refresh your  browser" Refreshing the browser, clearing the cache and restarting it does nothing to refresh the ticket. The customer has updated the ticket but I can't see the update because of this issue. How can we get Zoho to refresh properly?
