ZOHO Docs--save in folder?

ZOHO Docs--save in folder?

I am trying to organize my files in ZOHO Docs.

I can create new folders.

But I cannot save files in those folders.

I tried the Move command and it is grayed out.

I tried dragging and dropping and there is no functionality.

I tried tagging and ZOHO doesn't remember my tags.

Is this app non-functional?

Not like my other experiences with ZOHO.
