Hi All,

I'm trying to create an automation where a cliq message is sent when a field is changed in ZOHO CRM (accounts).To be more specific we have a mood field for our clients and I want to notify the team in cliq when a clients mood is changed to unhappy in the CRM. The flow seems easy but I can't seem to make it work. Any help is appreciated.
