How do you utilize the Fetch actions when integrating a Zoho Form with Zoho Flow > Zoho CRM > fetch contact? 

I understand that the action of submitting a form will kick of the Zoho flow integration.  It makes sense that action can push data into the CRM. 

What I need is a way to pull data out of the CRM in order to add a value in the redirect encoded URL.  

Is the only way to pull data out of CRM when a user is on a form is to use the Zoho CRM form field which requires the end user to type in a search term?  

I want to use the values provided by the end user (like email, name) and do a lookup in the CRM, and pass the value back into a new form or new encoded URL.
