Zoho Groups not working
Zoho Groups not working
Hi all.
Recently added my first Group to my zoho chat, and it isn't as functional as I'd hoped it to be.
1. The chat window does not receive chat messages, most of the time
2. It will work intermittently, once or twice a day, with a few lines of conversation making it to the chat box, then stop again
I am the only one in the office that this is happening to, other users are fine so I dont believe it's the group set up.
Added Zoho groups through an invitation link, and when that didn't work well I removed the group and added it again, to no avail.
Anyone have any ideas why this might be, let me know!
