Zoho Live Support - Integration of live support with CRM

Hi all,

I spoke earlier today with someone at Zoho CRM support regarding my dilemma. I love Zoho's products and I am very interested in utilizing zoho live support on my website so that my support reps can receive communications from my site visitors in real-time through zoho chat & as an enterprise user, the chat bar in CRM and all my other zoho applications. However, the code for the zoho chat application places a plain static iframe chat box on a page of my site. From what I see there is no way to create a floating chat box (similar to those of clickdesk or livechat) that is available on every page of my site. Simply put, the UI for the chat box for zoho chat on my site, is not presentable to my users.

That being said, clickdesk and livechat have very nice UI's but I have found no way for me to have a third party chat application on my site and have the IM be sent to zoho chat. Is there a way this can be done through the API?

In addition, when can we learn about the next version of Zoho Chat? Will the UI on the new version of Zoho Live Support/Chat be better/more presentable? When can we expect to see a new version?
