ZOHO login for Outlook not working

ZOHO login for Outlook not working

I synced my ZOHO to Microsoft Outlook but it says my email address and password are incorrect when I log in on the pop up.  I have never had this error occur and I have been using this for over a year.  I used the same login information when I log into ZOHO and it's not working.  I have attached a screenshot.  Has anyone had this issue in the past?
