1) We just started to use Zoho CRM and we want to synchronize all emails to customers (inbound and outbound). We want to open contact in CRM and to see all emails that were sent to/from this contact. 

We are using now Microsoft Outlook. I installed plug in, generated password in zoho accounts but i am not able to log in. The notification screen is attached. 

Please advise what to do. 

2) Also I manage 2 email accounts in Outlook (private and department), how can I manage it in CRM  - I want to receive emails to both accounts departments and private. 

Is it possible?
