We're in the middle of our trial and the mail integration is important to us. We've spent 3 days now letting ZOHO load some 20,000 emails from gmail into ZOHO so those emails can be tied to customers.
Apparently though, when an email is deleted from ZOHO mail it is removed from the customer record.
Is there some way to stop that from happening? We really don't want to use email within ZOHO, we just want ZOHO to check our email so it can connect those emails to customer records.
Is there a way to do this without keeping all those emails in the email section of ZOHO? We're already running out of storage space...... :(
