Zoho mail integration

I have been evaluating Zoho mail integration and have two main issues that I'd like an update on, please. From what I've read, these issues were all being worked on by Zoho last year but there doesn't look to have been any activity on resolving them recently and it is keeping us from using Zoho mail effectively.

  1. Contacts: Contacts in the Zoho mail add-on do not automatically sync with contacts in Zoho CRM. When will this be resolved? It is unrealistic to place the onus on the user to import contacts and should be an automatic process.
  2. Sales Orders and Invoices: The send as email feature in sales orders and invoices using the Zoho CRM server to send the email and not Zoho mail, therefore it doesn't associated those emails with the contact record. When will we be able to send these via Zoho mail? I know that you can do so within the contact's record by saving the sales order or invoice as a pdf and attaching it, but that is time consuming and not a realistic expectation of your end user. 
Thanks for any updates you can give on these shortcomings--as paying customers, we'd really like to see this integration work better.
