Hi Zoho Mail team,
I recently completed an email migration from Gmail to Zoho Mail and noticed a feature in Gmail that I think would be a great addition to the Zoho Mail interface.
When you hover over an email in Gmail's list view, a number of quick actions appear directly on the email row. Gmail also surfaces some contextual actions depending on the email.
For example, I found the Unsubscribe button particularly useful. In another case, an email relating to a Shopify order displayed a View Order button. Clicking it opened the relevant order directly in the Shopify admin area.
I know Zoho Mail already allows users to select one or more emails and then choose actions such as Archive, Snooze or Mark as Read. However, having commonly used actions available directly on each email row makes the workflow noticeably quicker.
The Unsubscribe and View Order actions stood out to me as especially useful.
I also think there is an opportunity for Zoho Mail to go one step further than Gmail by allowing users to customise which quick-action buttons appear in the list view. Different users have different workflows, so being able to choose actions such as Archive, Delete, Mark as Read, Snooze, Unsubscribe or other contextual actions could be a really useful productivity feature.
Thanks for considering the feedback.
Regards,
Ashley
