Zoho mail not receiving

Zoho mail is not rceiving ANY emails from about 10 different accounts set up. I checked my werver webmail and ALL have emails there, but ar enot being imported into zoho mail.
I am traveling on business and therefore losing business. I ti is essential that I can acces mail, which is why I signed up for zoho mail.

This is not the d=first time this has happened,and the last post on this forum with the same problem, and hundreds of unhappy customers, took Zoho SIX hours just to reply (to say there was a problem) and many more hours for service to return.

Not at all happy with zoho at the moment and will look for alternatives.

BTW, in addition zoho support form not working!!!!
