New emails not being received.

New email counts against folder names not matching number of emails listed.

Using the mobile app, new emails do show but appear as from 'undisclosed' with blank contents.

Something serious is going on but there seems to be no information forthcoming.

Zoho, please can you update everyone what's going on as this is causing serious business issues.
