Zoho Mail Subscription Downgrading Failed
Dear Zoho Team,
Please help. We need to downgrade our Mail Lite Plan from 13 users to 11 users (number of user to reduce = 2 users).
However, whenever we click the "Downgrade" button to continue the process, it always directs to this:
which indicates that the downgrading process failed.
Please help us to complete the process or guide us if there's something wrong that we can resolve immediately.
