As a New York-based real estate broker, I have invested over $10,000 and nearly two years trying to integrate Zoho CRM with my WordPress website. My goal is to push critical data (e.g., registrations, search bar inputs, saved listings, page views, and other relevant data) to Zoho CRM to implement lead scoring, all without impacting Google Core Web Vitals or PageSpeed scores. Pushing data from WordPress to Zoho and implementing lead scoring should not be this agonizing for Zoho clients. It should not take years or cost thousands of dollars for a straightforward website.

Despite this investment, the integration remains incomplete, and I am still unable to find freelancers or contractors who can effectively address the issue. Available freelancers struggle to communicate clearly, fail to understand the capabilities of your product, and lack the expertise to deliver a viable solution. Their work is often incomplete or poorly tested, leaving me to troubleshoot and test on my own—tasks I lack the technical expertise and time to handle. Many seem more focused on maximizing billable hours than delivering meaningful results.

As an alternative to Upwork, I tried working with a Zoho Partner in the United States. They demanded prepayment, delivered minimal progress, and repeatedly requested additional payments without meaningful results. I have struggled to find professionals who understand Zoho CRM and WordPress integration, align with my business needs, and deliver cost-effective, efficient, and tested solutions.

I chose Zoho for its robust capabilities, but the lack of accessible, competent support has left me considering alternatives like HubSpot or Salesforce—despite the sunk cost of my investment.
