I have an application in which users are registering for events (a bicycle club). Starting March 7th, we have had multiple instances of people successfully paying for their registrations in Paypal, but Zoho never seeing the completion data from Paypal. As a result, we don't have a record that the transaction is paid.
It's happened in about 20% of the transactions. There's no pattern that we can see as to the type of registration, the event, or the type of Paypal payment. All transactions run through the same Validate and Success code in the application. ZC_Payment is empty for the problem transactions.
