Zoho One - Automatic Integration
I have been using Zoho One for a few months and while I like several of the individual apps - having to manually connect each app to another app over and over is redundant and wastes a lot of time.
For example, I use Zoho Mail. To use my own domain, I had to goto my hosting DNS settings and add a whole bunch of settings. This is understandable. But then, when I want to use my own domain with Zoho projects - I have to go into my hosting DNS and add yet another setting. It seems like logically, once a domain has been associated with your account for any Zoho app, it should automatically associated with ALL Zoho apps (maybe just an on/off button).
Another example are contacts. For each app, I have to go through a whole set of instructions to sync my contacts with CRM to my contacts in Projects or Books. Each app requires me manually having to go thru redundant instructions. Why can't all Zoho apps share data - especially since its one company using all the apps. My clients in CRM are going to be the same clients I bill in books.
Logically, I just can't wrap my head around why all the apps don't integrate automatically. Seems the name ONE should mean ONE entry and data is shared by all apps.
