Assuming that Zoho One includes Zoho Mail Enterprise which comes with 1Tb storage available. When the employee leaves the company:

1. Is the POP backup in CRM also 1Tb?

2. After deactivating the Zoho user account is there any fee for keeping that POP backup online? Thinking after a couple years in having around 50 users left in this situation?

3. Zoho Docs linked to CRM records are deleted? or can those linked files be saved in any backup after the user is deactivated?
