Why is it that when I click on the email of a contact it takes me directly to Outlook (which I like), and when I click on the "Whom to deal with" business card email (on the right side) in a potential it takes me to ZOHO's cheesy email program?
Also quotes default to the ZOHO email program.
I would like to default to Outlook in both cases - how do I that?
