Zoho Outlook sync issue

I have had to reset my Outlook, including re-import lost contacts from backup. Now, ZOHO sync for Outlook wants to delete all my contacts within ZOHO. Isn't there some way I can choose to over-write or to replace contacts. The way it is, all I can do is push accept and watch Outlook erase all of my contacts in ZOHO.
