Zoho CRM has an internal task system, and has a very limited interface to Zoho Projects. You can connect to Projects, but the use case after that is very limited. Can't trigger them in workflows, track/manage/report by Account, etc.

However, Zoho Projects integrates as the task engine within other tools like Zoho Cliq, which is amazing. 

Are there any plans to make Zoho Projects the task engine within Zoho CRM? It'd be ideal, for example, to have CRM workflows create Zoho Project Tasks, which would then allow those tasks to be seen and managed anywhere - in Projects, Cliq, etc. 

With that level of integration, the use cases grow significantly. Thoughts?
