When I close a ticket, the zoho system automatically sends an email to the customer for them to leave a rating. When they leave a rating, the ticket re-opens and I have to close it again. When I close it again, the zoho system sends the customer an email again to leave a rating. The customer leaves a rating, the ticket re-opens. When the customer is unsatisfied, they just keep leaving a bad rating every time we close the ticket and the ticket keeps re-opening. So, we never get to close these tickets due to this issue. Is there a way to prevent the ticket from re-opening after a customer leaves a rating?
