Zoho Show. Issue with sharing.

Hi Ahmed and the zoho show team.
we have a presentation that is working really well for us. We give full view/edit rights when sharing and yet one person is having an issue where she only gets viewing rights no matter what.
When she logs into zoho show in "my presentations" it is nowhere to be seen so she goes and opens it from shared to me and makes a copy and then she sees 2 copies of it in the my presentations folder. when she then tries to open it she gets a view only mode and can't conduct the remote presentation that it is designed for. We have reshared it with her from different accounts on different computers without any improvement. Do you have any ideas. I asked her to delete cookies and that didn't help. She is frustrated as she has been trying for some time now. What are we doing wrong? Also we have tried logging into the account from a computer that is working correctly with its own account and we still get the same result. It appears to be a problem related to that particular account. Help!!
