Zoho support, please help!!! I need a beta version of the MS Office plugin for Word 2010! Please!

Hi guys,

I am under fire from my organization for selecting Zoho CRM without compatibility with Office 2010. At this moment I am the only user that can use mail merge functionality with Word, as I am the only user in my office still on 2003. No one else can use it. It is critical that my sales team can use mail merge and Zoho writer is not stable enough or compatible enough with our Word templates to use. Here are my options at this point:

1. Uninstall Office 2010 for my entire organization, buy a copy of Word 2003, install it, and then do a custom reinstall of Office 2010 without Word 2010.
2. Roll back my entire sales team to Office 2003 or 2010 until your plugin is released.
3. Choose another CRM provider and cease to be a Zoho customer.
4. Use some beta version that is relatively stable until you have a fully tested version.

I would really hope that someone there at Zoho can help me with option 4. Please contact me as soon as you can. Our company would be happy to test or use a beta version. This has to be resolved soon.
