Zoho "Unable to scan for virus" error when sending emails (PDFs)
One of our end users is experiencing an issue where they cannot send an email due to "Unable to scan for virus" alert.
End user has stated that it can happen when he attaches one pdf or multiple. The most recent one happened when he attached 11 PDFs at one time. Seems like half were okay and the other half were unable to scan. He deleted the ones that were unable to scan and added them again and it worked. But it seems to happen often.
Just curious if there is a workaround to this. I read other topics on this problem and the answer was "technical glitch on our end". Is there anything I can do to alleviate this problem for my end user?
