ZOHO Upgrade - What a mess
Since you Upgraded us automatically nothing has worked correctly. Our developer has contacted you several times but to no avail. Therefore, we have developed our own system and are cancelling our subscription.
It was a great product but, as far as we are concerned, your auto upgrade is a real mess. Maybe you should, like all other software suppliers, offered the upgrade but not made it automatic.
