Zoho Writer Problems

I have perservered with Zoho, but I just can't get it to work. Data gets lost, you can't cut and paste. It sometimes takes ages to save. Formatting gets lost. I don't know what the problem is, maybe it is a victim of its own popularity. I'm surprised anyone uses it.
