We use microsoft Exchange emails and would like to know whether 

a) it is possible to integrate exchange emails with Zoho CRM just like it is possible for POP emails.

b) if (a) is possible, can there be full synchronisation of emails that will be seen by the user when in Zoho CRM interface and the emails when the user goes to his Outlook Web Access (OWA) environment.
