Zohoh CRM Outlook Plugin for 2007 Wont Work

I have spent 10 hours today trying to make the Zoho CRM Outlook plugin work. I have uninstalled many times. learnt about Load behaviors: Load at Start-Up. Read all the complaints from people who have had no response from Zoho like myself. However,. I am hoping I can get this fixed as I am paying premium price and I need this to work after having spent several weeks in the later part of the year deciding to go with Zoho and then setting it up.

Please can some-one come on-line to an on-line meeting and help me through this problem.
